This Ring label reissue/repress -- with one of the patents blocked out -- was in production circa 1941-1943 (First released on Victrola 1571, "[r=14838929]" (1932).
Two equally long concentric label arcs broken at 10 o'clock and 2 o'clock = Hollywood pressing. (note the slight difference from the Indianapolis pressing, "[r=14839040]" from the same period).
Baritone with orchestra.
