In laminated flipback sleeve with Japanese liner notes on the back cover, on which the title is エルヴィス・プレスリー・ソング・ブック (Elvis Presley Song Book). Everywhere else (labels, spine, front cover) the title is The Guitar That Changed The World. The track running order is slightly different to other countries with the more famous songs being moved to the start of the two sides. A5 is incorrectly titled My Babe Left Me on the label and the front and back covers. Strangely, on the back cover, the Jordanaires is written ジョー・ダネアーズ in Japanese which would be Jor Danaires in English.
