Limited edition of 54 copies. Originally released by [l250778] in 2014, as catalog number BM08, in a limited edition of 25 copies. CDr + mini CDr edition. It is composed of an embossed cardboard envelope of 240 grams, 14x18cm in size, with a sticker on front and back, the sticker on the back has a plastic screen material over it; also comes with two paper inserts on 190 gram cardstock, measuring about 13x17cm each.
