Composed of 6 lithographic printed cardboard discs, each with a rotorelief on both recto and verso, bringing them to a total of 12 and stored in a circular box.
There are 5 different editions:
- 500 sets published in 1935
- 1,000 sets published in 1953 by Enrico Donati in New York
- 100 sets published in 1959 by Daniel Spoerri in Paris (Editions MAT)
- 16 sets published in 1963 with a motorized vertical mounting system created by Duchamp
- 150 sets mounted on turn-tables published in 1965 by Galleria Schwarz of Milan
The rotoreliefs are meant to be spun by a record player at 33rpm.
Actual disc sizes are 7 7/8" (20 cm).
