According the Havergal Brian Society website this LP is one of a number of "Unapproved" recordings that are considered "... pirate recordings and unlicensed refurbishments of old LPs that would be illegal in the UK." http://www.havergalbrian.org/discography-unauthorised.php?id=37
According to their discography of such recordings, "Colin Wilson" and the "Wales Symphony Orchestra" are apparently fictitious.
Symphony no. 8 (composed in 1949) is played by the Royal Philharmonic Orchestra, conducted by Myer Fredman recorded in 1971. Symphony no. 14 (composed 1958-1960) is played by the London Symphony Orchestra, conducted by Edward Downes. Recorded 01/14/1969.
