"Original Blues Classics" was a series of out-of-print blues albums originally released on Prestige, Bluesville and Riverside. All of the reissues were released on the Prestige label with prominent "Original Blues Classics" logo/artwork. Fantasy Records Inc was the parent company.The Australian versions, released through Festival Records Pty Ltd, were issued with a descriptive grey belly band (OBI Strip). Legacy label name (e.g., "Riverside" may appear on cover art of some titles.)
