Mono and stereo versions have an identical sleeve and the same number on the back (LZ 7039) - the mono version has "LZ.7039" on labels, while the stereo has "SLZ-7039". The stereo was issued with a large "S" sticker on the front of the sleeve. The Australian and New Zealand divisions of WRC/LMC were still closely aligned, sharing the same catalogue numbers (with different prefixes), but started diverging in mid-1962.
