This CD edition is pressed in Japan under official license from St-Laurent Studio © ℗ 2014 St-Laurent Studio, Canada Recorded at Soldiers Memorial Hall, Pittsburgh, 1961 to 1965 5 CDs packaged in a double chambered, "fat box" plastic black-trays jewel case, along with an 8-pages (stapled) booklet, notes in English and Japanese. Includes Obi Strip. Note -- Errors abound in documentation for this disc. One such is the designation of "Allegro Con Moto" for the second movement of Symphony No.5 (rather than the correct "Andante Con Moto"), and another is the name Joanna Simmons for alto vocalist Joanna Simon. Errors are included in track listing as they are printed in the booklet and sleeve documentation.
