Both are applicable, but since the latter version is used more frequently, a compound title has been created (with the latter as the primary title and a portion of the former as the subtitle!) for the Title section as per [g3.1.3.] The use of the "Album" tag in the Format section is consistent with [g6.10.]a), since it's mentioned on the item itself, and therefore needs no credible external source.
