WRC advised members of the error in the month of release, but the error does not seem to have ever been corrected, and is common to mono and stereo versions. Mono and stereo versions have an identical sleeve and the same number on the back (ME/2113) and spine (ME 2113) - the mono version has "ME-2113" on beige 'strobe' labels, while the stereo has "SME-2113" on green 'strobe' labels. The stereo was issued with a large "S" sticker on the front of the sleeve. The 1st pressing is identifiable by the addresses on the rear of the sleeve - the only version with 134 Castlereagh Street and World Record International.
