WRC advised members of the error in the month of release, but the error does not seem to have ever been corrected, and is common to mono and stereo versions. Mono and stereo versions have an identical sleeve and the same number on the back (ME/2113) and spine (ME 2113) - the mono version has "ME-2113" on beige 'strobe' labels, while the stereo has "SME-2113" on green 'strobe' labels. Runouts unchanged from 1st pressing. The stereo was issued with a small "S" sticker on the front of the sleeve. The 2nd pressing is identifiable by the changed addresses on the rear of the sleeve, with no "World Record International", 330 for the Flinders Lane number (likely to differ on the 3rd pressing), and the new 177 Elizabeth Street for Sydney.
