This is a CDr set comprised of represses of Kawabata Makoto's "Private Tapes Volume 1-7" with a bonus disc titled "Yesterday Was Your Birthday, Baby" in a hand-numbered edition of 30. Each set was autographed and sold in the Acid Mothers Temple "Magical Ministry Tour". The Private Disc series was designed to be sold on tour and generally consist of private recordings from individual members of the group. Private Tapes (AMTPD-001): Originally released in Jul, 1999, limited to 50 copies. Recorded at Acid Mothers Temple, 6th Feb, 1998 (3.), Jul, 1998 (1.), Sep, 1998 (5.), 26th Sep, 1998 (4.), Dec, 1998 (2.) Private Tapes.2 (AMTPD-002): Originally released in Jan, 2000, limited to 50 copies. All the music were completely improvised and not overdubbed. Recorded at Acid Mothers Temple, Oct, 1999 (1.), Jan, 2000 (2.) Private Tapes.3 (AMTPD-013): Originally released in Oct, 2000, limited to 50 copies. Recorded live at Seikazoku 2nd Feb, 1997(1.), 9th Nov, 1997(3.), at Heaven's door Dec, 1998(2.), and at Bears 28th Apr, 2000(4.). Recorded at Omega sounds Mar, 2000(5.) Private Tapes.4 (AMTPD-014): Originally released in May, 2001, limited to 100 copies. (1.) Recorded at Coras's apartment in the Arab Quarter Of Paris, during the 1996 Musica Trasonic tour Of Europe. This is a remix Of the limited edition (Of 10) "Acid Baloon Cosmic Drived Earth" cassette which was sold on the tour. (2.) Recorded live at Grenoble, France on 15 March, 1999. This track was previously available as an MP3 on the AMT site. (3.) Recorded in 1996. (4.) Recorded live in Nagoya on 19 March, 1999. Tsuyama was a bit under the weather so almost all the songs were improvised. This track was previously available as an MP3 on the AMT site. (5.) Remix of a solo piece recorded in October, 2000 for inclusion on the Ould Pack #2 compilation. (6.) Recorded in Albi, France in November, 1999.
