Packaged in a plain white jacket with liner notes on a separate sheet of paper. There is nothing at all printed on either label on the LP. Recorded live in St. Louis, Missouri on November 16, 1966, in the private home of Virgil and Marie Pinkstaff, with a small audience of 40 to 50 people. This information comes from Don Wolff's liner notes to another live recording made later that year, issued as As Good As It Gets - Live In Aspen. Date of issue is unknown, presumably this is a private pressing with limited distribution. Fats Waller's "Fracticious Fingering" is one of the unidentified songs.
