Recorded September 1974 & July 1975 in the Teatro Comunale, Bologna. "A DECCA recording, released for its members in Australia by World Record Club" Australian WRC pressing, sourced from original stampers and featuring unique sleeve art. "R-03696", "R-03697" & "R-03698" on blue 'herald' labels, "R. 03696 - 7 - 8" on the box spine and libretto. Black & white cover, with raw cardboard lining. "Stereo" present at bottom left of labels. Not issued on other formats. Issued with 20-page booklet, containing two excellent essays by Jeremy Commons, black & white photos, a synopsis, side analysis, and the libretto with English translation. Issued again in August 1978, April & August 1979, and March 1980 (possibly with "stereo" absent from the labels on the 1979/80 pressings).
