The set comes with two booklets. The first, Hans Knappertsbusch (1888-1965), le "dernier romantique", is 32 pages and includes an article (uncredited) on Kna, and the transcript, in French and English only, of the rehearsal and interview (interviewer uncredited) on track 2-10. The second is a beautiful 16-page booklet devoted to historical photographs from Kna's family (Konrad and Birgit). The credits for these are listed on p.30 of the first booklet (see Images).
