The phonographic copyright is 1966 (printed on record labels), while the graphical arrangement and commentary are both copyright 1965 (given inside the 48-page booklet). Sides are sequenced 1/8, 2/7, 3/6 and 4/5 on separate records. The photos only show three pages from the 48-page booklet: page 1 (the front cover), page 2 (inside the front cover), and page 25 (lists conductor, libretto authors and the cast). Runout text/codes are visible or partially visible in photos of record sides 3, 5, 6 and 7.
