This is the first issue, with a blue/white obi with large [l50712] logo and ¥2,000 price on both the obi and rear cover. The record company name "three blind mice" on the bottom of obi uses the older, thinner typeface, identical to the record labels and rear sleeve. Includes twelve-page booklet (A5 size, or 15x21cm) with photos, credits and liner notes in Japanese, and lyrics and credits in English.
