Mono and stereo versions have same number on the textured gatefold sleeve (S/6229) - the mono version has "6229" on brown 'herald' labels, while the stereo has "S6229". There is a small printed stereo rosette on the back of the sleeve - the mono version has a red "mono" sticker placed over this (though these tend to fall off over time).
