Limited edition of 105 copies Wist Rec 30 examines the experimental therapies of the Weyburn Mental Hospital, a mid-century Canadian institution that pioneered humane and novel methods for treating psychological duress. It thematically follows the anguish of mental collapse and the hope for recovery. This hand-stamped collection includes various cards of ephemera such as maps, essays and quotes from luminaries like Aldous Huxley and Kay Parley, remembrance images from the Smithsonian, postcards, quilting patterns and molecular formulations. Mastered by Miles Whittaker Dedicated to Ian Hawgood Paper stock used (quantities differ per jackdaw): Recycled Silk 130g & 150g: 100% recycled, FSC certified, Acquerello 160gm
