This release is a work in progress. The album was released in Japan on the 28th of November 2001 but the UK record label was holding back the release of the album in the UK until the High Court case against the use of the name 'Liberty' was over. While that was going on, the band went back into the studio during at the start of 2002 to record new material for the album. One of those tracks was 'Feel The Rush' which appears on this CD. They later recorded 'Just A Little' and 'Got To Have Your Love' which both went on to appear on later promo CDs of the album. Track 2-1 is named as 'Thinking It Over (Pete Devereux & The Wideboys Club Vocal Remix)'. It appears on the vinyl and CD promo releases of Thinking It Over as 'Thinking It Over (Artful Dodger & Wideboys Club Vocal Remix)'. The mix name was changed to 'Thinking It Over (Pete Devereux & The Wideboys Club Vocal Remix)' for the commercial single release. This is because Artful Dodger were a duo, consisting of Mark Hill and Pete Devereux, but only Pete Devereux actually worked on the mix, so it had to be changed for legal reasons.
