Per the artist:
The idea for these tracks came to me while I was listening to a lot of Gram Parsons - particularly the album 'Grievous Angel', thus the title - while consuming documentaries on the influence of Zoroastrianism on the concept of angels in Judaism. Out of this mish-mash of ideas I came up with this noisy tribute, to creativity and to the odd spirits that can make humans do strange things, often to their detriment.
Limited edition of 25 printed cassettes with hand cut, hand folded, numbered, double-sided j-card on watermarked cotton paper.
