Recorded in the assembly hall of Kungl. Musikaliska Akademien. Track A1 and B1 recorded May 9 1957. Track A2 recorded October 7 1954.
Comment of interest: On October 7, 1954 played the Swedish Radio Symphony Orchestra in Midsommarvaka with Hugo Alfvén himself as a conductor. It was the first Swedish recording of serious music in stereo. The recording was later issued on LP (Swedish Society Discofil / Royal Sound SLT 33145).
