The mono version catalogue number is H-1154 as stated on cover and on disc labels, on runout instead is stamped as H 71154, the stereo version number. The record actually is in stereo so what I think is that the wrong labels were put on the disc and the wrong sleeve was used. The correct catalogue number is the one on the runout.
