This box set comes with an 8 page booklet, the size of the box, containing information in English, German and French and photos as well. Charles Avison (1709-1770) composed these 12 concerti grossi after sonatas from Domenico Scarlatti (1685-1757). ℗ 1979 Phonogram International B.V. Baarn, The Netherlands. Made in Holland. Printed in The Netherlands. There is a printing error on the third LP label. Although all information on both sides of the labels of the 3rd LP is correct, except that the numbering reads 1 en 2 where it should have been 5 and 6. Box front: Photo by Cor van Tol, Phonogram International ("Kasteel Sypesteyn", Loosdrecht). Recorded May 23-25, 1978 and were completed in eight more sessions on July 30 Aug 2 & Oct 1-7, 1978.
