This 2015 remastered / reissue CD was pressed by [l=CDA ImPressing Solutions, USA], and is housed in a jewel case with a black plastic tray and a folding 4-page booklet. The lyrics for the 'Head' album songs are printed on booklet page 3 (inner right of the folding booklet).
Track listing error:
'If You Had Lips' is printed on the disc artwork as track "5.", but the audio on the disc reveals it to be track 4.
'7 Vs. 8' is printed on the disc artwork as track "4.", but is in fact track 5 on the disc itself.

Tracks 1 to 10 were first issued as the vinyl album '[m=6261]' by Touch and Go during May 1990.
Tracks 11 to 15 were first issued as the '[m=179183]' 12-inch vinyl EP by Touch and Go in 1989.
'Pure' is the only release from The Jesus Lizard recorded with a drum machine. Drummer Mac McNeilly was added to the group soon after it was recorded.
Track 16 is ten seconds of silence to separate the 'Pure' EP from the bonus tracks below:
Track 17 is from the '[m=778300]' 7-inch single, which was released by Touch and Go on March 27th 1989. 'Chrome' is a medley of two songs, 'TV as Eyes' & 'Abstract Nympho', which were originally performed by the band [a=Chrome (8)].
Track 18 was recorded live at Manray in Cambridge, MA, USA on November 27th 1990.
Track 19 was recorded live at the Brixton Academy in Brixton, England, U.K. on May 9th 1992.
Tracks 18 & 19 were first issued on the '[m=47103]' EP, which was released by Touch and Go on August 20th 1993.
