The Complete EMI Recordings 1946-1984: Volume 1 - Orchestral

Cardboard box. CDs comes in cardboard sleeves. Includes 88 p. booklet with tracklisting etc. Manufactured and printed in the EU. About CD46: Version 1 : Booklet says 19 tracks, CD is 15 tracks. Handel, Water Music Suite are the 4 missing tracks compare to the booklet listing. Version 2 : Booklet says 14 tracks, CD is 14 tracks. Matrix number is: www.mediamotion.com 5120842 @ 2 "Kodaly: Háry Janós - Intermezzo [3] from XAX 617 ADD c5.30" is missing compared to version 1. The missing song of version 2 is included in CD24 (same recording, July 1954). Version 1 CD24 also includes this song which then appears twice in the boxset version 1. So there is no extra track in version 1, just one that appears twice. The Handel, Water Music Suite (recorded November/December 1951) listed on booklet version 1 CD46 and missing are not included in the Boxset (verion 1 or 2). Volume 2 found here: [r=4422448].
