Erik Smith appears in the photos in the libretto, but is not credited as the producer. The location is given as Walthamstow Town Hall. "A DECCA recording, released in Australia exclusively by World Record Club." Australian WRC 2nd pressing, sourced from original stampers and featuring unique sleeve art. New catalogue numbers on LP1 & 2 labels (R-01766 & R-01767), old ones on LP3 (S-5639) and spine (S/5637-8-9). Black and white cover with green WRC logo on front of box, raw cardboard lining. Issued again in November 1977, May 1978 and May 1979 (variations unknown, but look for R-01758 on LP3, and the dropping of "stereo" from the labels for the 1979 version). Not issued on other formats.
