Stereo and mono releases have an identical sleeve displaying the catalog number TP 204. The stereo version has "STP. 204" on labels. On this stereo release, there is a circular "World Stereo S" sticker on the front of the sleeve. "TP" indicates a reissue/promotional issue - this one appeared as part of the 1961-62 "bonus catalogue", which ran from July 1962 - for 30 bonus points (in the U.K., members accrued 10 points for each LP purchased above the annual minimum of four per year). The regular issue would have been "T 204", but this does not appear in the regular programme. There are no side allocations on the labels. However the Suite Pastorale is on the side with Matrix SW.7564, and the remaining works on the side with Matrix SW.7565. Thus side 1 has been assumed to contain the Suite Pastorale and side 2 to contain the remaining items. The record sleeve, however, tends to suggest the opposite, not by any reference to sides, but by the order in which the works are listed.
