The artwork mentions that the album features the London Metropolitan Orchestra, Nigel Kennedy, Carlos Bonell, Caroline Dale, Sally Heath and Janis Kelly, although there is no indication on this promo which tracks those artists appear on. The artists' official site says that Camp Fabulous were the UK record company involved, but that the album "has not yet been released anywhere except Australia, under the Naxos record label- catalogue number CFAB017CXD (5037454 756165)."
