First released in 1963 as TW 511, it was then reissued as S/2435 in 1969. In the same sleeve, it was issued after 1975 with a new number, R-00019, on the labels. This version has the same sleeve, with a sticker on the back showing the new number. WRC changed their label design changed at the end of 1980, with text spread out over the whole label [as here], rather than being aligned to the right of the N-S diameter. This one has a red sticker on the back with the R 00019 number. The picture on the back is in a yellow box. The 1974 address is unchanged, and was still the current one.
